  • Getting started is easy. First, fill out the form on this page to schedule your free consultation. Then, we’ll meet on Zoom to answer your questions and make sure we both feel we’re a great fit before moving forward with our contract and retainer fee.

  • You can trust that I’ll keep our project on schedule and communicate with you every step of the way. The messaging strategy process takes 4–6 weeks. Website copy is typically an additional 4–6 weeks. Timelines vary for other copywriting services, so after our consultation, I’ll provide you with a custom quote. My services typically book out at least two months in advance, so if you have a launch date in mind, please reach out as soon as possible to secure your spot.

  • Yes! I typically break services into 2–4 payments. If you would like more payment plan options, please let me know during our consultation and we can chat about additional options for you.

  • Messaging strategy is your foundation for every piece of written content going forward. The messaging strategy process includes client interviews, brand voice discovery, competitive analysis, keyword research, and a custom messaging guide with your core copy and brand voice guidelines.

    Once we have that foundation in place, we can move on to custom copywriting, which could include but isn’t limited to:

    • Website copy: For your Home, About, Services, and Contact pages and more

    • Marketing copy: Launch copy, social media posts, email marketing, case studies, blog posts, and lead magnets

    • Client experience copy: Proposals, pitch decks, canned emails, forms and surveys, client guides, and onboarding and offboarding materials

    • Consulting & support: Content planning, content audits, SEO audits, copy testing and iteration, wireframing, and copyediting and proofreading

  • Absolutely — once we’ve gone through the messaging strategy process, you can always book time with me to write your website copy or other content down the road. However, if you have a specific launch date in mind, I recommend booking messaging strategy and additional copy together to secure your spot in my calendar.

  • Your 30+ page messaging guide includes core copy and messaging strategy elements such as your mission statement, unique value proposition, elevator pitch, brand values, brand pillars, ideal client profile, competitor analysis, brand voice and tone guidelines, and dozens of lines ready to copy and paste into your website.
